Cook with the winningest man in BBQ at this year’s Windy City Smokeout! Mryon Mixon—along with his son Michael Mixon and other members of the four-time world champion of BBQ winners—will be leading a hands-on class cooking a whole hog. You’ll be there with Myron helping to prep, smoke and serve a 170-pound pig. Starting Friday afternoon, you’ll prep the pig and get it onto the smoker. Then you’ll be watching the fire and cooking it all night—with breaks for tasty barbecue, great country music and bourbon, of course! Saturday morning bright and early we’ll be getting that pig off the smoker and pulling it.
