Hogapalooza Bar-B-Que is lead by pitmaster Kelly “Cowboy” Dallas. Kelly got the itch for cooking back in the 80’s with Pappy’s / Bogart’s own Skip Steele. After relocating back to the “Arkansas Delta”, Hogapalooza was born in 1998. The awards piled up, and now Hogapalooza has cooked throughout the south and beyond. Kelly has shown what Hogapalooza can do in NYC, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, and even China and Zambia. The “Windy City” is next!!!!!
